Returns

Note: The information on this page excludes damage from shipping and delivery, please refer to the Shipping and Delivery page.

For all damage claims, warranty claims, order cancellations, and changes, pre-authorization is required. Please contact Galante Design Studio by email at design@galantedesignstudio.com, and include your order number.

Warranty Claims and Returns of Defective Products

All warranty claims for manufacturing defects covered under our warranty must be pre-approved. If your claim is authorized, you will receive a pre-paid return label for sending the product back to Galante Design Studio. Products must be returned in their original packaging.  If such packaging has been discarded, it is your responsibility to get sufficient packaging for the return. All returned products must be in their original condition in which they were received and documented.

Once the product is received and warranty work is physically verified by Galante Design Studio, we will either repair or replace the product and send it back to you at no charge. If it is determined that the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, Galante Design Studio will provide you with a quote for repair or replacement. If the warranty claim is denied and you opt not to repair or replace the product, it will be returned to you as received, and return shipping charges will apply.

Note: Prototype products are not covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellations and Changes

All Galante Design Studio products, except prototypes, are made to order. Orders can be canceled or changed without penalty if done within 3 business days of order confirmation. After this period, cancellations or changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur cancellation or restocking fees. 

Note: Collector Series products are not eligible for cancellation.

Once a product has been delivered, Galante Design Studio will not authorize returns unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Return Instructions

Products approved for return must be sent in their original packaging. If this packaging has been discarded, you must provide suitable packaging for the return. To request a cancellation, change, or return authorization, please email us at design@galantedesignstudio.com. Products should never be returned without prior authorization.

Please note that order changes may affect delivery dates, and any additional costs incurred (including storage fees) will be charged to the purchaser.
